Returns

  • We accept returns within thirty days from the date you receive your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-returnable Items

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within five to ten business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within seven days of delivery with photos or videos. We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Late or Missing Refunds
